Alkazi London
The London branch of this major private collection of photography of India, Pakistan, Burma, Afghanistan and Tibet during the British Raj permits scholars to view digital images primarily held in India. The collection covers nearly all facets of colonial life, including archaeology, architecture, princely life and more.

Over 85,000 images form the Alkazi Collection, many of them in the original albums. Images have been carefully accessioned, and the collection is providing a major source of images for the growing number of books on early Indian photography that are being published, a number of which are being sponsored by The Alkazi Foundation for the Arts.
