The first in a proposed series of exhibitions highlighting the Asian Art Museum in Berlin's South Asian photography collection.

This first such exhibition showcases Samuel Bourne and his lesser known successor Colin Murray. Much of the interest in the many architectural shots of north and central India is how much the buildings depicted have changed. Many locations remain popular tourist destinations.

The exhibition will be presented from June 1st until August 31st, 2010.
